There are many changes and many new additions. Not everything that was suggested made it in currently, but work is still progressing on adding the stuff that was suggested.
2.0 includes its own parser for XML and should work with non-standard feeds. It also includes Schedular support, scrolling marquee news for blocks, ability to change number of articles displayed per page, better duplicate article removal, Proxy Support, and much more.
This is a release candidate and should be treated as such. There may still be problems. Post you problems, suggestions, etc. in the forums.
Note: This version requires PostNuke .760 or greater.
